When using this website to browse and/or register for an American Sports Management (ASM Tennis Academy) program and when participating in an American Sports Management (ASM Tennis Academy) program, you’re agreeing to these terms.

1. Personal information we collect:

Any and all information provided to American Sports Management (ASM Tennis Academy) through this website is collected only with your consent; we only collect the minimum amount of personal information that is necessary to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with us and to communicate with you; we don't sell it to third parties; and we only use it as this Privacy Statement describes. 

Examples of such information that you provide to us include:

  • Email address, first name and last name, and shipping and payment address.

  • If you sign up for a tennis program through our website, we also receive a portion of your payment information from our payment processors (such as the last four digits, the country of issuance and the expiration date of the payment card) and we ask for your payment address.

  • Your child’s health information provided during program registration.

  • Information from your use of www.asmtennisacademy.com. This includes: IP addresses, preferences, information about your browser, network or device (such as browser type and version, operating system, internet service provider, preference settings, unique device IDs and language and other regional settings), information about how you interact with our website (such as timestamps, clicks, scrolling, browsing times, searches, transactions, referral pages, load times, and problems you may encounter, such as loading errors).

2. How we collect personal information:

We obtain personal information from various sources. We do this in three main ways:

  • You provide some of it directly (such as by registering for an User Account, signing up for our newsletter, or purchasing a service through our website).

  • We record some of it automatically when you use our website.

  • We receive some of it from third parties (like when you register for an a program and when you make payments to us using our payment processor).

3. How we use your personal information

  • Offering our services. Create and manage your User Account, provide and personalize our Services, process payments and respond to your inquiries.

  • Keeping your child safe. Use provided personal medical information and/or emergency contact information to act in your child’s (children’s) best interest according to the staff’s best judgment in any emergency. Also to provide all pertinent health information to invested parties in order to provide the most effective and necessary medical treatment in the event of an illness or injury.

  • Communicating with you. Communicate with you, including by sending you emails about your purchases and/or messages about your registration.

  • Promotion. Use newsletters to promote our programs and send you marketing communications about new products, services, offers, and programs and measure the success of those campaigns.

  • Improving our Services. Analyze and learn about how users interact with our site and the effectiveness of our programs. We usually do this based on anonymous, or aggregated information which does not focus on you individually.

  • Enforcement. Enforce our Terms and Conditions and other legal terms and policies.

  • Protection. Protect our and our client’s interests, rights, and property

  • Legal obligation. We have a legal obligation to use your personal information, such as to comply with applicable tax and other government regulations or to comply with a court or law enforcement request.

4. How we store and protect your personal information

We retain your personal information for as long as your User Account is active or for as long as we need to communicate with you or provide our services. We also retain personal information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to provide a secure connection and transmission of data and provided information on every page of our site. Through SSL, the url will begin with https://, instead of http://, and you will see a lock icon next to your URL in the browser, indicating that your transmission of information is protected and safe through an encrypted, secure connection. We use RSA-2048 bit SSL encryption on all pages except our checkout page, AES-128 bit SSL encryption on our checkout page, and we use TLS version 1.2 for all HTTPS connections.

We rely on Squarespace to help us organize and provide efficient, safe storage of customer data including but not limited to client names, addresses, phone numbers, and camper health information. All information is encrypted and protected by the Squarespace privacy policy.

We do not directly store credit card or payment information other than the last four digits of the card number. All credit card and payment information is stored and protected by the Stripe privacy policy, PayPal privacy policy, and Venmo privacy policy. 

5. Use of Photos and Videos

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you consent for all photos and/or videos of you or your child to be used on our website or in any American Sports Management (ASM Tennis Academy) print advertisement and that any photo and/or video taken by ASM Tennis Academy staff during camp tennis activities is the sole property of American Sports Management (ASM Tennis Academy). We use our best judgement in selecting photos and/or videos to use for advertising our services. Although we will not share any photos and/or videos of you or your child, photos and/or videos that are posted online or distributed via print advertisement can be saved and/or distributed by third parties acting without our knowledge or consent. We will pursue any and/or all legal enforcement to protect our services, copyrighted material, and our clients from abuse. If you would like to request that we remove a certain image or video of you or your child, please contact us.
