What payment methods can I use online?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal accounts.
Can I save my credentials so I don't have to re-enter my billing address and credit card everytime?
Yes. Please check out ASM User Accounts.
How do I checkout using Apple Pay?
If you are using an enabled Apple Pay device (enabled iPhone, iPad, Mac, or paired Apple Watch), a "Pay using Apple Pay" button will appear during checkout. If the device you are using is not Apple Pay enabled, no such button will appear and you may use a credit card or PayPal. You may learn more about supported devices and how to set up Apple Pay here.
Why does ASM require a deposit for registration?
Each ASM program has a limited number of registration spots. We require a good faith deposit so that we can hold and guarantee a registration spot for clients.
I owe a balance amount - how can I pay?
There are several options to pay a balance amount.
1) Send a PayPal payment to email@example.com
2) Send us a check made out to "ASM Tennis Academy" to 7204 Beechwood Road, Alexandria, VA 22307
3) Email us and we can set up a custom charge on our website for the balance amount. You will pay through our secure checkout.
Can I get my deposit back if I cancel before the program starts?
No. All deposits are nonrefundable.
Can I cancel my registration for Summer Camp?
No, but you may change which weeks you are registered for at any time. If you are unable to change weeks, ASM will issue a credit in the amount paid for any future program registration.
Can I change the week I registered for Summer Camp?
Yes, please contact us to change weeks.
Can I reschedule my tennis lesson?
We customize our lessons and programs for the needs of the players and this relationship is necessary for improvement and accountability for both players and our coaches. For this reason, ASM requires 24 hours notice for a player to be granted a make-up for all tennis lessons (private, semi-private, and group lessons). If notice is not given within 24 hours, the player will be billed for the lesson.
ASM User Accounts
What are the benefits of creating an ASM User Account?
With an ASM User Account, you can securely save payment methods, shipping addresses, shopping carts, and order information, making for a faster checkout experience. Additionally, all orders placed since your user account was created will be viewable in your account.
How do I create an ASM User Account?
You can sign up for an ASM User Account either at the end of the checkout process by clicking "Create an Account for Faster Checkout" or by clicking “Sign in” from our menu and then “Create Account.”
How do I sign into my Account to view order history?
To sign in, click the "Sign in" link from the main menu. If you are already signed in, click "My Account." Additionally, you may sign in during checkout in the first step by clicking, "Already have an account? Sign in."
Am I required to create an account to register for a program?
No, signing into an account at checkout is optional. Customers without accounts can check out as a guest.
Will orders made while signed out appear in my account?
No, you need to sign in during the checkout process for orders to appear in your account order history.
How do I change my email address or password?
Customers needing to update their email address should create a new account. Customers can use the "Forgot password?" link in the Sign In window to reset their password.
Can I save a PayPal account as a payment method?
No. Customers can only save credit card information and billing addresses.
How do User Accounts work with Apple Pay?
Since Apple Pay is built for a quick checkout experience, customers can’t sign into their account during an Apple Pay checkout. Be sure to sign in before checkout for orders placed using Apple Pay to appear in your account order history.
