Payments

What payment methods can I use online?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal accounts.

 

Can I save my credentials so I don't have to re-enter my billing address and credit card everytime?

Not at this time. We are working to set up a log-in type system that will store customer information so you will not have to re-enter information during each checkout.

In the meantime, we suggest using Apple Pay or PayPal which already store your payment information. This will help speed up checkout.

 

How do I checkout using Apple Pay?

If you are using an enabled Apple Pay device (enabled iPhone, iPad, Mac, or paired Apple Watch), a "Pay using Apple Pay" button will appear during checkout. If the device you are using is not Apple Pay enabled, no such button will appear and you may use a credit card or PayPal. Why does ASM require a deposit for registration?

Each ASM program has a limited number of registration spots. We require a good faith deposit so that we can hold and guarantee a registration spot for clients.

Balances

I owe a balance amount - how can I pay?

There are several options to pay a balance amount.

1) Send a PayPal payment to programs@asmtennisacademy.com

2) Send us a check made out to "ASM Tennis Academy" to 7204 Beechwood Road, Alexandria, VA 22307

3) Email us and we can set up a custom charge on our website for the balance amount. You will pay through our secure checkout.

Canceling

Can I get my deposit back if I cancel before the program starts?

No. All deposits are nonrefundable.

 

Can I cancel my registration for Summer Camp?

No, but you may change which weeks you are registered for at any time.  If you are unable to change weeks, ASM will issue a credit in the amount paid for any future program registration.

Rescheduling

Can I change the week I registered for Summer Camp?

Yes, please contact us to change weeks.

 

Can I reschedule my tennis lesson?

We customize our lessons and programs for the needs of the players and this relationship is necessary for improvement and accountability for both players and our coaches.  For this reason, ASM requires 24 hours notice for a player to be granted a make-up for all tennis lessons (private, semi-private, and group lessons).  If notice is not given within 24 hours, the player will be billed for the lesson.

Yelp

How does the Yelp review work?

If you have previously worked with ASM in the past, you can write a review on Yelp to help us spread the word on our programs.  For taking the time to write a review, we are currently offering a discount of 10% off any online order.  To be eligible for the discount, please write at least a few complete sentences and then shoot us an email with a link to your review.  We will email you a discount code valid for one year for 10% off all items during a single checkout.  Discount code is only eligible for online purchase and not valid for any balance paid by check.
